In Case You Have Questions

Looking for more info about one of our products, services, or a pending order? Check out our list of frequently asked questions below for some quick answers. If you can’t find the answer, get in touch.

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition. 
We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
Please contact us using the Support page to discuss a return or refund.

We will not accept returns on custom design orders. 

Shipping times will depend on your location. It can take anywhere from 10 business days to 1 month for shipping. Especially during these times we can expect some delays and we thank you so much for your patience and understanding.

Shipping time is not inclusive of processing times, please note that custom designs have a processing time ranging from 3-10 business days dependant on complexity.

We use Stripe to safely and securely process all payments, accepting all major credit and debit cards.

We can send manual invoices for direct bank transfers if preferred.


We also accept PayPal payments.

 

We have recently launched Afterpay and ZipPay!
